Friday was a very happy day, yet it was my most difficult yet. It was not an easy day to be in another country. My sister Angie gave birth to a BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY!! Ethan Ryan Wilkinson arrived Friday afternoon at 12:35 weighing in at 7 lbs and 12 oz. He is so amazingly beautiful. I wish so badly I could see him, I can't wait to meet him and hold him for the first time. Mommy and baby are doing pretty good. Ethan isn't wanting to eat much, so the doctors want to keep him in the hospital until he's eating better, also the doctor is a little concerned that his hip is under developed, so they are doing some tests to make sure everything is ok. Angie's blood count is extremely low, the doctor talked about possibly giving her a blodd transfusion, but he wants to wait and see if it will rise on it's own. Angie is very happy and completely in love with her little man. Sierra (Angie's 2 1/2 year old little girl) is doing great, she loves her baby brother, and loves to give hime lots of hugs and kisses. If Angie's blood count comes up, the doctor said he will possibly be releasing her from the hospital tomorrow, but they are wanting to hold onto Ethan a little longer to make sure he is eating better. Please pray for Angie and Ethan and for Aunt Na Na as I am having a hard time being away from my family during all of this. I KNOW the Lord has called me here, and I am greatful to be here, but I would love nothing more than to be able to hold my new little nephew. :) Thanks for your prayers, I will keep you all updated.

what a beautiful blessing. I don't know if it's more difficult to miss the milestones or the comfort of every-day routines. Both you and your sweet nephew will be so fortunate when you finally meet.

Being away from home is hard. But being in the center of God's will is the best place to be!
