Independence Day Parade

For months our kids, as well as the school kids, have been preparing to march in the Independence Day Parade. It's a lot of work for any family to prepare to be in a parade, so I'm sure you can just imagine what it's been like around here for the last several weeks. We had 3 kids marching with the honor society, 2 cheerleaders, 1 cadette, 15 marching with the school, and Tati tagging along. There have been so many things to get ready for the parade I had lists everywhere of things to remember, from shoes, to tights, to ribbons, and gloves, hats, and you must not forget cutting up plastic bags to MAKE the pom poms. It was so much work, but lots of fun. It was so great to see them at the parade. We all had a great time.
